Thanksgiving is just around the corner! This festive, comforting holiday is full of LOTS of food. But just because there is a lot does not mean you have to fall off the Trim Healthy Mama train. That’s why I put together this simple but delicious THM friendly, mostly keto friendly, mostly low carb, gluten free, and sugar free Thanksgiving menu plan!

To keep you in weight loss mode (if you’re doing Trim Healthy Mama, keto, or a low carb diet) with this Thanksgiving menu plan, most of the suggestions I have provided are Fatastic (meaning fat is the primary fuel source, making them an S on THM) or Neutralific (low in fat and low in carbs, FP on THM). However, some of the recipes have healthy carbs. Alone on THM, these healthy carb dishes are E’s; when combined with S’s, they become Crossovers (XO). Crossovers are still on plan, but not as conducive to weight loss. That said, feel free to treat yourself to these healthy Crossovers this Thanksgiving, or aim to keep the meal in S mode–the choice is yours!

While eating, please keep portions in mind (most notably if you’re in weight loss mode), especially if you make one of everything and then some. You don’t want to pig out. Take a little of this and a little of that. Don’t stuff your belly to the brim–only eat until you just feel full. Before enjoying dessert, you may want to wait a few hours for your main meal to digest before digging in.
One last thing before diving in: you don’t have to make everything I suggest here. In my mind, simple is best, which often also means less is more. I pick about four or five things to make when I cook our family’s Thanksgiving meal.

Hi, Martha. It’s towards the bottom of this post: https://tjstaste.com/roast-turkey/ There’s a button that says “Download Printable.” Let me know if you need any further help. 🙂
