Instructions
Preheat a
mini waffle maker
.
In a small bowl,
beat
the egg. Add the remaining ingredients and
whisk
together.
Spray the waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour in the mixture and cook until desired doneness (from soft to crispy).

To enjoy, you can eat this chaffle all by itself or with a bit of whipped
cream
on top. Another way (though heavier on the fats/calories) is to make 2 of them with whipped
