Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
  • ¼ teaspoon (8 doonks) pure stevia powder OR equivalent powdered sweetener, more or less to taste
  • flavor(s) or extract(s) of choice, more or less to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix together all of the ingredients.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Expires whenever the cream or milk therein does.

Notes

Each tablespoon has 1.25 grams of fat, so you can enjoy as much as 1/4 cup in a Carbalicious (THM E) setting (just be mindful not to go over 5 grams fat with anything else you're enjoying alongside this creamer). In an S setting, quite a bit more can be enjoyed.
