Ingredients

plain unsweetened almond or cashew milk

Halo Top Vanilla Bean ice cream
(see notes)

ice cubes

THM Super Sweet Blend
or equivalent sweetener

THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder

peppermint essential oil
or ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract (more or less to taste)

Instructions
Pour the milk and water into the jar of a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients except the food coloring, whipped cream, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
While blending, add the food coloring one drop at a time until the desired green color is achieved.
Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
Notes
Feel free to use homemade vanilla ice cream and/or
homemade whipped cream
. Keep in mind that this may turn the fuel type into an S for THM.
