Super exciting news, you guys! Trim Healthy Mama has launched their Trim Healthy Mama Journey app! It is available for BOTH Apple and Android users right now!

About the App

Cost

The app cost a pretty penny for THM to have developed and it is expected to undergo a lot of tweaks to take it from great to awesome, so it does cost you a little bit. It has a ONE time price of $7.99. Unlike many similar apps, this is a one time fee, not a recurring monthly one.

Future Features

The app already has some amazing features, but more are on the way. THM is great at accepting constructive criticism and they continually strive to improve. So, the app will most definitely be getting more features as it goes.

Current Features

Here is a list of the current features (keep in mind that they are improving upon it, so this ain’t it, folks):

Follow – You can follow other Trim Healthy Mamas to see how they’re doing on plan and glean inspiration from their meals.
Stats & Progress Tracker – You can record your weight, waist size, and hip size plus upload selfies to visually see how your body is changing.
Goals – Record your weight, waist, and hip goals.
Comparisons – Create comparison shots (like before and a progress photo).
Private – You can set your profile to private if you’d rather nobody follow you.
Food Log – This is the most awesome part! You can log your meals–what you ate, a picture, and what it’s fuel type is (S, FP, E, etc.)!
Share Your Journey – Post about whatever you like–maybe how you feel on a given day or ask about a recipe.
Home Feed – You have the option to share things to the Home Feed where other THMs will see it (you can share your selfies, posts, and meals here).
