- almost any sandwich or wrap as a salad (extra yummy if you ask them to chop it up), no sugary sauces or dressings, use dressing with no more than 2 grams added sugar or bring your own

- salad (most work–some that don’t are the sweet onion chicken teriyaki, or meatball)
- 6-inch sub on wheat (scoop some of the bread out of the middle), with lean means, no cheese (for a personal choice E)
