Apricots can be kept at room temperature until fully ripe, then they should be refrigerated.
How to Freeze Apricots
Slice the apricots in half and remove the pits. Place them in a single layer on a parchment- or silicone-lined baking sheet. Pop in the freezer until frozen then transfer to a freezer safe zippy bag or other container.
