Congratulations on signing up to receive your subscriber only gift!
Unfortunately, sometimes things don’t work out as planned and you have issues such as not receiving your freebie, being unable to access it, or something else.
Major bummer. And I’m sorry! But this page is here to help you out!
Please browse the following troubleshooting topics. If you find one that resolves your troubles, great! If not, please shoot me a message and I or my assistant will get back to you as soon as we’re able.
I can’t see any emails from TJ’s Taste/TJ’s Thymes.
Check other folders or tabs in your email inbox (such as "Others" or "Promotions") and your Spam/Junk file. You can also do a search for "TJ's Thymes" or "contact@tjstaste.com" to try to find it. If you can't find an email from us, try signing up again here and check your email one more time. If you still can't find any, contact us.
I received the activation email, but after I activated my subscription, nothing else happened.

I received the activation email, but when I clicked on the activation button/link it says my subscription was already active.
This might be because you already signed up in the past, you already clicked the link, or there's simply a glitch. In any case, look through your inbox and Spam/Junk folders for any other emails that might have your freebie coming from the contact@tjstaste.com email address.
I received the email with instructions to access my printables, but when I click on the save button, nothing happens.
If you're downloading it onto a desktop or laptop computer, try searching your device for it or look in your Downloads folder.
If you're downloading it onto a mobile device (tablet or phone), it can sometimes seem to "disappear." Typically, this means it landed in a downloads folder on your device. Try googling "how to find download on my X phone" (replace X with your specific phone, i.e. "Galaxy S20" or "iPhone.")
None of the above items helped me out.
