With Christmas just under two weeks away, it’s high time to decide what to be serving for the main feast when guests arrive. But, if you’re working a healthy eating plan (such as Trim Healthy Mama, keto, etc.), then you’ll also want to plan ahead to keep on plan. Our Christmas menu plan is here to help you stick to your healthy body goal.
If you’re doing a diet like THM or keto and aiming to keep in weight loss mode, I helped you out by providing suggestions that all contain fat as the primary fuel source (making them an S on THM).
While eating, please keep portions in mind (most notably if you’re in weight loss mode), especially if you make one of everything and then some. You don’t want to pig out. Take a little of this and a little of that. Don’t stuff your belly to the brim–only eat until you just feel full. Before enjoying dessert, you may want to wait a few hours for your main meal to digest before digging in.
